An affordable dream
The lack of affordable housing in Southern California isn’t a new issue. It’s been a problem for decades. That’s why CEO Loren Bloch decided to devote his career to building the best affordable housing in the industry. And he knew he wanted a marketing partner that measured up to his expectation of excellence.
He chose us. And we’ve spent the last three decades together, marketing well-planned, smartly designed, creatively financed and nationally award-winning communities to hard-working families.
What we did
We’ve also helped Bloch market his company to financial partners, government agencies and concerned nonprofits, all of whom have a hand in making affordable housing a reality. We helped to position this small company as a leader in its field, and celebrated many successes along the way: from the inspiring Givens Way that brought renewed life to the troubled city of Compton; to the moribund Desert Rose that became the fastest-selling residential community in the Coachella Valley; to the remarkable El Paseo in Oxnard, which won a specially-created Judges Award at The Nationals to celebrate its innovative approach and success.
Results
Bloch recently retired, but his legacy continues in the lives of the many families he affected through his visionary approach. We are so very proud to have partnered with Community Dynamics along the way.
